This experience isn't about perfection.

There’s something different about handing someone a camera with no filters, previews, or pressure to create “perfect” moments.

How Does it Work?
Your camera(s) are delivered fully charged and ready to use for your event. Guests simply point, shoot, and capture moments throughout your event.
After the event:
- Cameras are returned to or picked up by LHP
- Content is downloaded
- Your memories are delivered digitally.

Are the Cameras Difficult to Use?
Not at all. The cameras are intentionally simple and guest-friendly. No photography experience required!
Simply Point, Shoot, Flash if required, and memories are made.
Do the Cameras have Flash?
Built-in flash is included and is part of the nostalgic aesthetic this experience is designed around.
Low-light, direct-flash moments often become some of the most memorable images from the night.
Is this Meant to Replace Professional Photography or Videography?
Absolutely NOT.

How Many Photos/ Videos will You Receive?
Every event is different and content captured depends entirely on guests participation and usage throughout the event.
Some events may generate hundreds of moments - others fewer, but equally meaningful ones.
What Happens if a Camera is Damaged or Lost?
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. Minor wear is expected, but significant damage, loss or missing equipment may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
Full details are outlined in the rental agreement.
When Will you Receive your Photos and/ or Videos?
Content is typically delivered within a few business days following equipment return.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly during busy wedding and event seasons.
Can Guests Remove the SD Cards?
No. SD Cards are secured inside the cameras and must remain with their designated camera at all times.
All SD cards are managed directly by LHP to ensure safe handling and delivery of your content.
Will all Footage and Photos be Perfect Quality?
No, and that's the beauty of it!

Are the Cameras Waterproof?
No. They are Not.
Cameras and videos devices are not waterproof or weatherproof and should be protected from water, heavy rain, pools, hot tubs, sand, and excision moisture at all times.
Damage caused by liquids, weather exposure, or improper handling may result in repair or replacement charges.
